Software for trash can cleaning operators. Nothing else.

$89 a month. The office work ends when the route does.

It’s 9:14pm and you’re still texting customers from the driver’s seat. PickupDay ends that shift: scheduling, booking, billing, and routing built only for trash can cleaning — run entirely from your phone, in the cab, with gloves on. Flat rate. Unlimited customers. No contracts. The price is first on this page because the price is the first thing everyone else hides.

The second shift

You know exactly which night this is.

The truck’s parked. You smell like degreaser. You open your phone and the second shift starts.

City notice: holiday Monday — pickup shifts +1 day all week. Every customer gets moved. By hand. One at a time. At 9pm.

Every customer you add makes this shift longer. That’s not a software gap. That’s a ceiling on your business.

Dana’s text. Every customer got their “we’re coming tomorrow” reminder automatically, and their portal shows the next visit.

Marisol’s declined card. Stripe retries it automatically, she got a secure update link, and it was flagged on your dashboard the moment it failed.

The wrong-side-of-town Thursday booking. The form only offered days your truck is already in that neighborhood.

The holiday reshuffle — tapped at a red light. Routes, booking dates, and reminders all moved with it.

PickupDay kills the second shift — not with better office software, but by doing the office work while you’re still on the route. By the time you park the truck, there’s nothing waiting.

This is real

No testimonials. No fake “trusted by 10,000 trucks” badges. Just your dashboard.

You don’t pitch a homeowner a deck about clean cans. You clean the cans and send the photo. Same deal here.

  1. Tell us your business name, city, and email. Three fields, about thirty seconds. That’s the whole form — it’s at the top of this page.
  2. We build your actual dashboard. Your branding, your real neighborhoods, sample jobs on streets you drive. Then we email you a private link.
  3. Poke around on your phone. Like it? Claim it — we wipe the sample data and import your real customers. Don’t? Let the link expire. We won’t chase you.
House rule

You won’t find logos we licensed, review stars we farmed, or a customer count we made up anywhere on this page. If we’d fake the proof, you should wonder what else we’d fake. The demo is the proof — judge the product, not the pitch.

The gear list — itemized

Built for the route.

Not a dispatcher’s desktop suite with a mobile app bolted on. Every spec below is sized for one operator, one truck, and a phone in a gloved hand.

Spec 01 · Booking

“What day are you coming?” — answered before it’s asked.

Your branded booking site matches every address to a zone mapped to its municipal pickup day — and for dozens of cities we pull the official collection-day map straight from city GIS, so your zones arrive pre-drawn. Customers can only book onto days your truck is already in their neighborhood — the wrong-side-of-town Thursday job literally cannot happen.

Day full? Capacity caps offer next week instead. Outside your zones? They land on a waitlist — your expansion map, not a lost lead. “We’re coming tomorrow” reminders go out automatically, so the texts stop.

Spec 02 · Routing

Your whole business orbits a truck you don’t drive.

9:40am. You turn the corner onto Birch Ave and the cans are still full. The garbage truck hasn’t come. Every other operator knows this moment: idling in the cab, burning diesel, waiting on the city.

Not you. Tap “Not picked up yet.” The route reshuffles you to streets that are already clear and slots Birch Ave back in later. And the system remembers — every tap teaches it when pickup actually clears each street, so tomorrow’s route is sequenced smarter than today’s. You never beat the truck again.

Spec 03 · Billing

The 9pm invoice chase, deleted.

Card on file at booking. Subscriptions bill on the customer’s billing cycle through your own Stripe account— money lands in your payouts, never held by us. The “done” tap on the curb updates that address’s status, sends the before/after photo, fires the review request at the exact moment they’re happiest, and schedules the next visit. Your whole office is a text message at 7 AM.

A decline is flagged the moment it fails, retried automatically, and the customer gets a secure update link — nothing to rediscover at 9pm. “Can we skip this month?” goes to a self-serve portal where customers pause, skip, or cancel themselves. A skip stays a subscriber.

Spec 04 · Schedule

Holiday week? One toggle.

Pickup shifted a day? Flip one switch — tapped at a red light if you have to — and the whole week moves with it: routes, booking dates, customer reminders. No rebooking marathon. No moving every customer by hand, one at a time, at 9pm.

Don’t take the paragraph’s word for it — the toggle on the right works. Flip it and watch every zone’s dates move.

The math that matters

A $25/month customer is $300 a year. Don’t lose one to a phone call you missed while you were on the pressure washer. How many of those does it take to cover $89? That’s your math to do — it isn’t hard.

Straight answers

Asked by operators. Answered like one.

Is the routing thing real, or marketing?

Real — and here’s how it works. Day one, you set a safe-start time per zone. From there, every begin / end / “not picked up yet” tap is an observation that refines when each street actually clears. It only gets sharper. Judge it in your demo, on your own neighborhoods.

I already have a Stripe account.

Good. Keep it. Connect it in a couple of clicks. Payments go straight to you; we never hold your money.

I’ve got everything in a spreadsheet / Jobber. How painful is moving?

Not your problem — we import and zone-match your list for you. Most operators are moved in under an hour.

Is the demo secretly a sales call?

No. Three form fields, no card, no calendar invite, no follow-up gauntlet. The demo is our pitch.

Contract? Customer cap?

Neither. $89/month at 40 customers or 4,000, cancel anytime, founding rate locked for as long as you’re subscribed.

Clock out

Tonight could be the last 9pm shift.

Business name, city, email. We build your real dashboard — your branding, your neighborhoods, your routes — and hand you the keys. Worst case, you poke around for ten minutes and confirm your current setup is fine.

9:14 PM tonight: nothing waiting. You went home at 5.
